Governance & Executive Committee
The General Body is the supreme authority of the Bureau, supported by an Executive Committee that manages its affairs.
General Body
Supreme authority — meets at least annually at the AGM.
Executive Term
3 years for elected members; Patron-in-Chief for life.
Quorum
Simple majority of the Executive Committee; one-third for the General Body.

Powers of the Executive Committee
The Executive Committee manages and administers all affairs of the Bureau, approves annual budgets, admits and terminates memberships, appoints sub-committees, and takes all decisions necessary for the functioning of the Bureau in accordance with the By-Laws.
